He’s learned the industry inside and out: hiring crews, building systems, training apprentices, and managing specialized subcontractors. And he’s never stopped improving how projects get done. His guiding philosophy? Everything is fixable  and it should be done right the first time, even if it means re-cutting a door that “looked fine” to make sure it’s perfect.

He’s also an avid audiobook listener, with a yearly count most people can’t match (179 in his best year).
