Assistant Project Developer

Lead clients through their renovation journey while building your own career in the process. You’ll manage new leads, guide homeowners through design and planning, and make sure every project detail is handled with accuracy, professionalism, and care.

Site Lead Craftsman

Take ownership on site and help bring great work to life. As a Craftsman and Site Lead, you’ll bridge the gaps between trades, guide field teams, and keep daily progress moving. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in the craft, communicates clearly, and leads by example.

Field Apprentice

Everyone starts somewhere. As a Field Apprentice, you’ll learn by doing — working side by side with experienced craftsmen who have the heart of a teacher. You’ll help bridge the gaps between trades, handle daily site tasks, and see firsthand what quality work looks like.

Show up, stay curious, and take pride in learning the craft. We’ll give you a place to grow your skills, earn a paycheck, and build something real.

Marketing Intern

Every project tells a story. As a Marketing Intern, you’ll help capture those stories — from photos and videos to interviews and posts that show what craftsmanship really means. You’ll learn the ropes from people who know their trade and love to teach.

If you’re creative, reliable, and eager to learn, you’ll get hands-on experience sharing real stories of work done with skill and heart.
